Was littered with tools. So now we walk upright, have receding brow bones, and no longer look like Geico representatives, yet still have these carnal desires to tear apart the flesh of an animal. Sometimes these urges call so loudly, we are driven to abandon our cultural poise and digress into primitive beasts. Today, although I am slightly shamed, I succumbed to this in a horrible display of animal behavior. While sitting in bed after a long day of work, I was wishing that there was beef jerkey for me to eat. In an unrelated incident I was searching under my bed for the remote after dropping it, when my fingers graced what was....couldn't be. It was!! A bag of Beef Jerkey. This was not ordinary jerkey, mind you, but a bag of Slim Jim brand smoked beef that had been opened over a month ago. This was not even good when it was fresh. It was the butt of many a' joke and mostly accused of being comprised largely of the things written about in an Upton Sinclair novel. yet, I tore that meat apart like it was my first kill. This predefines barbaric.
